Twelve Corners Middle School is located in Rochester, New York in the suburb of Brighton. Our school has approximately 865 students in grades 6 through 8. We are the only middle school in the district. We have high expectations academically for students and an able student population with supportive parents and community. About 10% of our students are foreign born with an additional minority population coming from the City of Rochester through our participation in the Urban-Suburban program.

We service all of the needs of adolescents including the social, emotional, physical and academic needs of our students. Many of our teachers and team have websites. Our hope is that parents will be able to monitor what is going on in their child's classes by searching for information on our website.  We use an AB block format which means most classes will meet every other day for 80 minutes. If you would like to know more about our schedule, there are sample schedules for each grade level posted on this website.

Every year all 6th graders participate in our Outdoor Education Program. The three 6th grade teams have a two day experience at the Rush Rotary Sunshine Camp. Students experienced fishing, archery, pond life, and outdoor cooking activities as well as team building games with their classmates. We offer a 7th grade Washington Trip that usually takes place the last week in March. You can use our website calendar to track the events throughout the year.
