2022 - 2023 Volunteer Form

Volunteers are recruited based on these forms for event committees, building committees, and district-wide committees. This does not obligate you to help but will ensure that your name gets put on volunteer lists for those events. A few weeks before an event, the event chairs will decide what kind of help they need and will begin contacting people from their list. If you are contacted, but cannot help at the necessary times, it’s okay. If you can help, that’s great.

If you would like to chair an event, indicate that on your sign-up sheet. We fill event chair vacancies during the spring for the following school year.

Our event chairs will try to contact everyone who wants to volunteer. However, sometimes we do not end up needing as much help as we anticipated. Sometimes the necessary volunteers are found in the first several calls.  If you really want to volunteer for an activity, please let the event chairs or a building chair know! Our phone numbers are listed on the PTSA calendar.
