About Sr. Dennison

  • It's an absolute pleasure to teach at Twelve Corners Middle School! I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for learning Spanish with students and affirm that all students should master a second language. Previously, I lived and traveled to Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Spain. I play a number of fun, interactive, Spanish-based games that encourage students to participate each class. Both teacher and students have fun in my classes. Technology (OneNote) is used daily.  Outside of the classroom, I Coach Modified Swimming, Boy's Modified Volleyball and JV/Varsity Track.

My interests include: fly fishing, exercising at the YMCA, travel, supporting SU football and SU basketball, cooking, volunteering at church, reading and spending quality time with my wonderful wife, two sons, family and friends.

I also organize a large, fly fishing event called "Fly Fisher's Workshop" at TCMS.  To date, we have donated over $7.300 to local cold water/fisheries conservation.  It's an awesome day of learning about fly fishing, promoting Upstate NY fisheries, sharing skills and connecting local fly fishers.  Fly Fisher's Workshop benefits the Brighton Fishing Club and Seth Green Chapter of Trout Unlimited.  Come join us as we host our next one on February 2020!
