Semi-Annual Pharmaceutical Take-Back Program on April 27
Help ensure a cleaner and safer environment by participating in the Town’s prescription drug take-back event at the Brighton Town Hall Public Safety Wing, 2300 Elmwood Ave., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27. Citizens are asked to dispose of outdated and/or unwanted prescriptions and over-the-counter medications by dropping them off. There is no charge for this event. Brighton Clean Sweep on May 11
Clean Sweep is at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 11. Participants can gather at Town Hall at 9 a.m. to get their assignment, shirts, gloves, and grabbers. Coffee, juice, donuts, and bagels will be provided. At 11:45 a.m., everyone is invited to celebrate their hard work by meeting at French Road Elementary School for lunch provided by Wegmans and Mark’s Pizzeria. Semi-Annual Electronics Recycling and Paper Shredding on May 18
Bring your old electronic equipment and/or your old documents to the Town’s Electronics Recycling and Paper Shredding Event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 18 at the Brighton Highway Department parking lot, 1941 Elmwood Ave. The two events take place at the same time and there is no charge for either service. At this time, the electronics industry cannot accept any CRT, console and projection televisions or monitors.
