BHS Girls' Volleyball

    SUMMER SCHEDULE:

    1. Lifting/Agility Training:  Tues & Thurs: July 7-Aug 5  @ BHS weight room 10:30am-12:00 (Girls' soccer/bball/vball teams are invited)   This is free!

    2. Open Net: Mondays: 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3 @ TCMS main gym 3:00-4:45   This is free!

    3. PLYO Jump Training and Conditioning: Mondays: 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3  meet behind BHS at pool door 5:00-7:00 (Boys' Coach Brad will be leading this for girls and boys HS players) This is free!

    Fall TEAM TRY-OUTS START MONDAY AUGUST 17th in the BHS gym and here are the practice times for the first week:

    PROGRAM RULE: Each day please be to practice 15 mins early and expect to be picked up 15 mins after gym times below. This is so you are ready for practice when our gym time STARTS and help clean up equipment after practice. THANK YOU!!


      • Girls Volleyball Tryouts

        Mon 8/17  JV & Varsity 8-10:30am

        Tues 8/18 JV & Varsity 8-10:30am

        Wed 8/19  JV & Varsity 8-10:30am     

        Thurs 8/20 JV only 3-5pm  

    Remember:

    ** Make sure you bring a water bottle and you might want a extra shirt or two to change into once you start to sweat.

    **Bring outdoor running sneakers as well

    * Have sneaker on and be ready to practice at the correct time.

    Ø Be certified to play! Brighton High School Athletes need to see the nurse for athletic certifications during the following dates and times.
