Brighton High School students hosted 47 French exchange students from Rennes. The students visited Brighton from Oct. 26 through Nov. 3.
The students and their four advisors are from a school in Cesson-Sévigné. During their visit, the students attended class at Brighton High School, went to a reception at Nazareth College, visited the University of Rochester’s laser lab, participated in a climate summit simulation, and explored the Rochester Museum and Science Center. They also visited Niagara Falls and attended a reception at Mayor Lovely Warren’s office.
This is the 60th year of the Rennes-Rochester Sister City Partnership. BHS students will travel to Paris and Rennes in April.
