French Road Elementary School students have been learning about the importance of changemakers, individuals who are taking action to solve a problem. As part of this unit, the school held a fundraiser called the Changemaker Change Challenge. FRES challenged students to raise over $500 for Foodlink. The students ended up raising over $1,700 in just one week! To celebrate, the school held a pajama day and dance party on Thursday, March 11 and Friday, March 12 . Remote students were able to participate in the celebration through Zoom.
