The Creekside Steel Drum Band performed for Council Rock Primary School’s second graders in December. The band is comprised of students from Creekside BOCES and director Sarah Wendl. Students enjoyed hearing six songs, such as “Eye of the Tiger” and “The Lion Sleeps Tonight," and learned about the history of steel drums. Several students had the opportunity to play the drums and everyone was able to sing along.

The Creekside School is a center-based program, located at the Foreman Center that provides programming for students with multiple disabilities ages 5–21. Within the 12:1:4 self-contained setting, students develop the academic, communication, daily living, and social skills that will provide the foundation for life-long success.
