Join us at the Brighton Community Homecoming Celebration on Saturday, Sept. 7. The event is sponsored by the Brighton Chamber of Commerce, Brighton Central School District, and the Town of Brighton. It's one of Brighton's largest community events of the year!

Homecoming music and food will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Twelve Corners. The Homecoming Parade with class floats will start at 12:45 p.m. in front of Brighton High School. The varsity football game will kick-off at 2 p.m.

Visit Brighton-based businesses and organizations in the Brighton Chamber of Commerce Tent Village. Free donuts will be provided by Tops Friendly Markets from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. BHS graduate and recording artist Josh Shapiro will perform at noon.

Road closure information for that Saturday is as follows:

From 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm., Elmwood Avenue will be closed between South Winton Road and Monroe Avenue.

At 12:40 p.m., South Winton Road will be closed in front of Brighton High School from Newton Drive to Elmwood Avenue.

As a result, if you are scheduled to arrive before 10:30 a.m., you will be able to get through the Twelve Corners. If you are scheduled to arrive after 10:30 a.m., you will need to come from the south, either on Monroe Avenue or South Winton Road.
