Transportation is set up each year to and from school using your home address.   

Each school year a transportation form is required ONLY: 

• If your child will have a pick-up or drop off location other than home (day care, sitter, etc.) OR 
• If you will be transporting your child a.m., p.m. or both 

Otherwise, no form is required.  

The deadline for forms to be submitted was May 15 in preparation of bus routes for the upcoming school year.  The form is available by clicking here. If the change is for the 2023-2024 school year, please put “FALL” in the effective date field.
