Welcome from Brighton Central PTSA at French Road!
The PTSA brings together families and the wider school community by sponsoring and coordinating many events and activities that will take place throughout the school year. We organize and run School Pictures, the Book Fair, Ice Cream Socials, Movie Nights, Yearbooks, Staff Appreciation Luncheon, Fun Food Fridays, Hospitality events, Courtyard Helpers, 5th grade crossover activity night @ TCMS, Bus Helpers and a Color Run in the spring. We organize various community service and donation events to benefit our school and the Brighton community. The Brighton Central PTSA is committed to strengthening the connection between schools and families by advocating for school safety, child health, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all families, among many other topics. We hope that you will join us in these efforts.

Volunteer with Us!
Please be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities in the Principal’s weekly newsletter! We will include details and sign up links to get involved. We are always looking for more volunteers to join us. These initiatives couldn’t take place without all of us!
We also encourage you to fill out our 2025-2026 Volunteer Form. Volunteers are contacted based on these forms for event committees, building committees, and district-wide committees. This does not obligate you to help but will ensure that your name gets put on volunteer lists for those events. A few weeks before an event, the event chairs will decide what kind of help they need and will begin contacting people from their list.
Brighton PTSA School Calendar Sales:
The Brighton PTSA school calendar is a great way to stay up to date on all BCSD and PTSA events (as well as cycle days and scheduled break days). When you purchase a calendar, you’re supporting PTSA initiatives such as: scholarship and hardship grants, camperships, family educational programs, and many additional activities. Calendars are $12 and will be available for purchase in the fall of 2025, specific dates TBD.
