Fifty Twelve Corners Middle School eighth-grade French students traveled to Quebec City in January. During their trip, students completed a military training at Martello Tower; ate an authentic French-Canadian breakfast; learned how to lead a dogsled team; saw a hotel made of ice; made maple butter; ate an authentic sugar shack meal; and learned about Quebec history through a virtual-reality experience. Students practiced their French and learned so much about the rich history of Quebec.
